* Surcharge of RM 950.00 unless - 3D2N (min 4 adults) or if 2 adults (at least 4D3N stay).

* Single occupancy :
   Peak season - Additional 50% on top of the total package applies plus additional
   RM 950 if single land/boat transfer only 
   Low season - single charge of minimum of RM 950.00

* Child Rate :
   Below 01 year old - FOC
   Below 04 years old - charge 30% of non-diver rates
   Below 12 years old - charge 50% of non-diver rates

   Child Rate (Italian) :
   Below 02 years old - charge 35% of non-diver rates
   Below 11 years old - charge 55% of non-diver rates  

* Land (90 min) : TWU-SPN  08:00, 10:30, 11:15, 11:30, 14:15 / SPN-TWU  12:15 & 15:15
* Boat (60 min) : SPN -MTK  09:30 & 16:00 / MTK-SPN  11:00 & 14:00

* Guest are required to summit full names, nationality, gender, passport numbers and
   contact address. Proof of identity and nationality is required.

* Please note that the resort normal Check In time is 1400 and Check Out time is 1000.
   Any early check in or late check out will be subjected to room availability especially
   during peak season.

* DIVING (diving and activities rates)

* Group of 6 divers and above with minimum stay of 5D/4N on the same arrival and
   departure time is entitled for a Free trip to Sipadan (or Mabul or Kapalai or Si Amil -
   resort reserves the final decision to determine the destination or number of boat
   dive).
* Equipment rental is NOT included in any of the resort or diver packages. Rental of
   one full set of dive equipment is RM 85.00 per day and one set snorkelling equipment
   is RM 30.00 per day. Limited sets and subject to availability, it is advisable to reserve
   in advance.
* Non-Diver package Cannot be converted to Diver package once the guest has
   arrived at the resort. Non-diver package guest with certified dive license who wish
   to go diving at Mataking Island will be charged at RM 100.00 per dive per diver
   regardless of boat or beach dives, Excluded dive equipment rental.
* All rates Excluded entry levy of RM 40.00 per person per day (No Guarantee subject
   to the approval by Sabah Parks). Sipadan trips shall be normally conducted on Wed
   and Sat subject to quota by Sabah Park).
* RM1,600.00 (Italian) RM1,200.00 (Others) Chartered trip to Sipadan per boat -
   maximum 7 divers with 2 boat dives.
* Any children who are certified diver will have to pay Full divers rates regardless of
   their age and parents are to be held responsible for their children at all time.

Romance Honeymoon Package (RM 1,280.00 per couple)
Romantic honeymoon room decoration, traditional mosquito netting and bed decorated with flower petals on arrival day, lover fruit basket and chocolates. One honeymooner cake and cocktails for couple. One night of romantic candlelight dinner table setting (buffet style). 1 complimentary bottle of champagne/red wine. One 90 minutes rejuvenating islander massage for couple (shortage of items shall be replaced with item of equivalent value).
