Paya Beach Resort
is located on the central
western shore. Built in traditional village style, the casual
environment provides a peaceful getaway to enjoy nature's gifts.
ROOM
AMENITIES
3 types of chalets : Standard,
Superior and Deluxe. All rooms are sea facing with private balcony and
are air-conditioned with bathroom attached. Each room can accommodate up
to 4 person (3 adults or 2 adults & 2 child). It also includes
tea/coffee making facilities and a cable television.
The Superior chalet
comes with a queen-size bed and a double pull out sofa bed.
Deluxe
chalets comes with a queen size bed in the bedroom (separated) and a
double pull out sofa bed in the living room,
with separate
hall and mezzanine floor,
(Long bath included ).
Standard chalet has a queen size bed and 2 single pull out beds.
Paya Lodge is suitable for the
budget conscious travelling alone or in a group, each air-conditioned
room comes with 4 single beds and an attached bathroom.

Open daily from 8am to 7pm, the
unique pool is filled with continues flow of cool water from the fresh
mountain streams. A time to relax and rejuvenate at our Spa. Be pampered

Now that you've gone through "half the fun" in getting here, here's the
other half of the fun ... jungle trek, canoe, snorkel, scuba or just
hang out the gone fishing sign. A full range of equipment is available
at the sea sports centre,
the wonderful coral in the reefs surrounding Tioman
will hold the scuba diver/snorkeller
spellbound.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Our restaurant offers a variety of Oriental and Western
meals, whether you prefer a healthy salad, live lobster and crabs, hot
Malaysian curry or a stir fry from the wok, the classic recipe and
exotic Asian ingredients would surely satisfy you. As darkness comes to
another perfect day just sit and watch the sun sink into the South China
Sea while the cool breeze washes your cares away.
GETTING AROUND
By Air from Kuala Lumpur or Singapore
Berjaya Air flies to Tioman
(Takes approximately 50 minutes). Flights leaves Kuala Lumpur Subang
Airport Terminal 3. And leaves from Singapore Seletar Airport. From
Tioman Airport you will be met and transfer by speedboat to our resort.
RM 40 per person (2 ways boat transfer) will be charged upon arrival.
By Ferries
from Mersing or Tanjong Gemok
Ferries from Mersing departs
from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Traveling time ranges from 1 hour and 15 minutes
(speedboats/ fast ferries) to 2½ hours (ferries). All boats stop at our
jetty at Kampong Paya. Ferries from Tanjong Gemok depart at regular
intervals from 8:00am to 4:00pm
