Soba Resort is located on Southwest side of Tioman Island on Genting Village. It is the third largest village in the island with beautiful long sandy bays and crystal clear water. The resort surrounded by mango’s tree, offer relaxing and privacy to our guest. The resort built up area is approximately 4.3 acre land and fully owned by local bumiputra that started the operation since October 2008, is the one of the latest resort in Tioman Island.

The guest will enjoy the “Kampung Style’ surrounding and atmosphere with great accommodation and facilities provided in Genting Village such as public telephone, mosque, health clinic, variety food stalls and other facilities. The main transportation is by ferry and boat only.

Accommodation is based on twin and quad sharing bed. So far, Soba Resort has 14 chalets which consist of 8 quad sharing rooms comes with aircond and attached bathroom and 6 twin sharing rooms with fan. The twin sharing room with aircond will be added soon. As to date, the is resort capable to accommodate 42 guests at a time.

The resort main building provide guest with dining area, meeting room, retails and gift shop, area for relaxing and watching your favourite channel. We also sell variety of souvenirs, basic need items, sea sport equipment rental and provide services to charter small speedboat to our guest.

FACILITIES
Popular tourist activities in Tioman is round island trip, snorkelling, diving, open sea fishing, jungle tracking, waterfall swim, sun bathing, sunset viewing, relaxing and strolling along the beach. During your stay at our place, you can enjoy indoor activities such as indoor board games, sport and tele-match and karaoke session with your friends. A guest simply can plan for their activities and we will cater your request at our best.
