Merdeka Beach Resort offers you eight types of rooms to choose from which are named after beautiful flowers of Asia - the 2 Rooms Suite (Matahari), the Beach Front chalet (Jasmine), the Family Courtyard view chalet (Orchid/Lily), the 2 bedroom apartment (Rose), our special Cabana chalets (Melati), the A-Huts (Mawar) and the dormitory (Tulip). Each type of room is designed to fit the requirement of our guests - space, privacy, intimacy, accessibility and comfort.

Matahari Our 2 room suite is complete with the comfort and luxury of a 5 star international resort.  These limited sea-facing unit set it apart from the rest.

Jasmine Have the sweet memorable stay in one of our Jasmine Chalet - furnished with two rooms and a living area, it is equipped with one queen size bed and two single beds.  Suitable to accommodate a family on a holiday at any time of the year with a spectacular view of the sea.

Orchid & Lily Set with a view of the family courtyard ground, it is simply the sought after by the families to go away from it all - a safe place for the children to run around and the parents to laze in the soft sea breeze garden.

Rose A 2 bedroom apartment is fully equipped with a kitchenette and 2 rooms to sleep a family of 8.  One can create your own family get-away holiday with such a homey set-up.

Melati A version of a cottage, these cabanas comes complete with air-cond, tv and its own private shower rooms.  Situated right in front of the swimming pool, it’s a home away from home.

Mawar A unique and eminent among the back-packers, tourists and students – our A-Huts are complete with the comfort of a room.  Just to lie in the room facing the pool all day long, is a dream come true for some.

Tulip The dormitory is able to reside up to 50 person at any one time as it is spacious and is equipped with all the basic necessities and comfort.
