These suites are located in the main building tower block and starts
from the 5th Floor until the 11th Floor. All the units offer its
occupants a commanding view of the Straits of Malacca and its
surrounding areas. There are 3 unit sizes available. Number of unit - 46

Double Storey Deluxe Water Chalet
These water chalets consist of a lower level unit and an upper level
unit.

Executive Water Chalet
One can feel the spaciousness the unit offers as they are larger in
size. Number of unit - 21. Size of unit - 510 square feet. Bedding - 1
King & 1 Day Bed. Maximum occupancy - 2 Persons. Separate standing
shower and bath tub. Private Balcony. Solid glass panel for viewing the
sea beneath the floor.
Premium Water Chalet
These are the largest water chalets available in the Resort. Number of
unit - 73. Size of unit - 605 square feet. Bedding - 1 King & 1 Queen
Bed. Maximum occupancy - 4 Persons. Separate standing shower and bath

Swimming Pool
The Resort has a pool for both children and adults. The surrounding area
of the pool is well landscaped with green plants to provide a soothing
and serene atmosphere. Deck chairs and umbrellas are placed for the
guest to sunbathe after a good swim in the pool or to enjoy a refreshing
cool drink while relaxing by the pool-side.
Gymnasium
A well equipped gymnasium is available for all guests who are keen to
exercise.
Sauna Room
Sauna rooms for males and females are available for those who wish to
relax without flexing any muscle.

near to the gymnasium.
Dining
For guests to enjoy their meals, the Resort has a casual all-day dining
coffee house in air-conditioned comfort offering both local and
international favourites.
Lobby Bar Lounge
Enjoy the casual elegance of the Resort’s lobby bar. This is a great
place for guests who wish to enjoy a pre-dinner drink or just to unwind
for the day. The lobby bar serves an array of cocktails, fresh juices,
liquor and hot drinks.
CONFERENCE & BANQUET
Meeting Room
The resort has 2 meeting rooms for small groups to have meetings in the
Resort. The meeting rooms can be merged to form a larger room. Outside
the meeting rooms we have an exquisite corner for coffee breaks.
Ballroom
The Resort also has a medium sized ballroom which is ideal for cocktail
parties, memorable wedding receptions, and private corporate functions.
The ballroom can ideally sit 280 persons for a sit down dinner function.
There is also a large foyer outside the ballroom which can be used to
host cocktails before functions.
GETTING AROUND
The Resort is
easily accessible via the North-South Expressway. The distance of the
Resort is approximately 100 kilometers south of Kuala Lumpur and a
leisure drive would take about an hour.
Nearby to the Resort, places of
interest include the Lukut Museum and Fort, PD Ostrich Farm, Royal Port
Dickson Yatch Club and the Armed Forces Museum.
The state of Negeri Sembilan is
associated with the Minangkabau culture, reflected by the upswept roofs
reminiscent of buffalo horns. One might want to take a drive to Seremban,
the state capital which is about 20 minutes drive from the Resort. Here,
one can visit the State Museum, Cultural Handicraft Complex, the State
Mosque, Lake Gardens and the numerous shopping centres. Sri Menanti, the
site of Malaysia’s largest traditional timber palace is about an hour by
car from the Resort. |
