Ocean Wing Deluxe
The 5-storey 243 rooms resort-themed building offers guests panoramic
views of the ocean, the white sandy beach and the botanical gardens.
Access to all guestrooms at every floor is through an open corridor.
Meandering like a restful Rungus longhouse, the Ocean Wing was built to
complement the serene village charm of Borneo Villa. As with the Borneo
Villa rooms, each Ocean Wing room features a private balcony or

Borneo Wing Deluxe
Luxurious accommodation at Nexus Resort Karambunai include 236 rooms at
the villa-style Borneo Wing, located in 7 clusters of 2-storey “kampung”
like buildings that are surrounded by a large botanical garden of
tropical flora. Units are oriented either to the golf fairways, gardens
or Karambunai beach and South China Sea. Each room is exquisitely
furnished in solid wood accents and restful earth tones with a private
balcony or terrace. The ambience is further accentuated with usage of
local carved wood such as Nyatoh and Borneo rattan. Size of Room : 9

Pool Villa
Blending harmonously with nature, each Pool Villa of exotic Borneo

Catering to the endless leisure and
recreational needs of our guests, attention to details include provision
of a wide and exciting range of facilities including three freeform
swimming pools, Jacuzzi, a gymnasium, squash and tennis courts, the
Borneo Spa, a children’s club and playground, a 75-acre nature park as
well as water-sports, sea and river activities at the resort’s Lagoon
Park.
Not forgotten, our younger guests
are also kept in the fray of activity with The Nexie Club, open daily
for children between the ages of 4 to 11 years, with activities that
include colouring contests, story-telling, origami, art lessons and lots
more. Given the world of recreational options available at the resort,
it is a small wonder that our guests are kept contentedly distracted in

S&R Centre
The Sports and Recreation Centre coordinates all leisure and
recreational activities, from indoor to outdoor and from land to sea.
Located along the resort’s shopping arcade, the spacious Centre also
features several high-speed internet computer stations, game machines,
pool tables, mahjong, carrom and touch football games.
Swimming Pool
Three large meandering, free-form swimming pools of various depths for
adults and children and an outdoor Jacuzzi create a big splash with the
guests. Sun loungers and umbrellas dot the poolside, a favourite
location for sun-seekers. The nearby Splashes Pool Bar is kept
constantly busy with drinks and snacks orders from all around the pools.
Lagoon Park
Nestled on the spectacular edge of the Karambunai Peninsula and only
moments away from the resort, the Lagoon Park is a water sport
enthusiast’s dream come true. It is the ideal place for everything
from water skiing, jet skiing and kayaking, to river cruises and sport
fishing. The extensive range of equipment and facilities available is

Nature Park
The 75-acre Nature Park provides visitors with an opportunity to
